Gordon Russell, Tenor Horn
I have played in brass bands for 60 years in the UK on Cornet and Soprano until I moved to Canada in 1982. After a few years, I found Mill Creek Colliery band and joined the band in 2002. I played Cornet then tenor horn for a few years – then co-founded Mission Hill Brass band in 2005 and have enjoyed playing with both bands on and of until now. Hopefully still a few more years ahead.
